SOCIAL SERVICES - CCAP PROVIDES HEATING ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES BY PAYING UTILITY BILLS THROUGH THE LIHEAP PROGRAM AND ASSISTING IN WEATHERIZATION OF HOMES. CCAP ALSO PROVIDES RENTAL AND MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE IN NEED.
DORIC CENTER - CCAP PROVIDES CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO TEENS, CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. CCAP ALSO PROVIDES TWO TRANSITIONAL HOMES FOR 10 TEENS AND THEIR INFANTS BASED UPON CERTAIN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
