YWCA YOUTH SERVICES: YWKIDS SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM SERVES FAMILIES IN NEED SO THAT EACH CHILD MAY REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. YWKIDS SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM IS LICENSED BY THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF EARLY EDUCATION AND CARE.
ALSO PROVIDED IS A WIDOWED PERSONS PROGRAM, BOARD LEADERSHIP TRAINING, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND RACIAL JUSTICE. INCLUDES HEALTH PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON BREAST, COLON, PROSTATE AND CERVICAL CANCER PREVENTION, DIABETES, CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE, COVID VACCINE ACCESS, REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND NUTRITION. RESIDENTIAL SERVICES INCLUDES SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY LIVING FACILITIES FOR LOW-INCOME WOMEN AGE 18 AND OVER AT A WOMAN'S PLACE AND ANOTHER WOMAN'S PLACE, AND DRAYTON HOUSE. ADVOCACY RELATED TO MENSTRUAL ACCESS, MATERNAL HEALTH, AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE AND OTHER ISSUES RELATED TO WOMAN AND GIRLS.
