LONGLEA CONFERENCE CENTER CONDUCTS THREE DAY RETREATS, ONE WEEK WORKSHOPS, AND THREE WEEK COURSES. THESE FOCUS ON PRACTICAL WAYS TO IMPLEMENT CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES IN ONE'S DAILY LIFE AND WORK. APPROXIMATELY 1700 TO 1800 PEOPLE ATTEND THESE ACTIVTIES YEARLY.

LONGLEA CONFERENCE CENTER PROVIDES A CHAPEL AND A CHAPLAIN AS WELL AS STAFF FOR EACH ACTIVITY THAT TAKES PLACE ON ITS PREMISES. IT ALSO PROVIDES LODGING FOR ITS GUESTS WITH CLEAN LINENS, REGULAR HOUSEKEEPING, AND THREE MEALS DAILY. IT HAS AN ON-SITE MANAGER, SEVERAL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES, AND A NUMBER OF PART TIME EMPLOYEES TP PROVIDE THESE SERVICES WHILE THE PARTICIPANTS ATTEND THE RETREATS AND WOKSHOPS. THE CONFERENCE CENTER FUNCTIONS YEAR ROUND.
