TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN PROFESSIONAL OR VOCATIONAL STUDIES TO QUALIFIED HAITIAN NATIONALS HAVING A RECORD OF SUPERIOR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE EQUIVALENT OF US HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND WHO HAVE DEMONSTRATED FINANCIAL NEED WHICH WOULD PREVENT THEM FROM PURSING AND SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING UNIVERSITY EDUCATION & TO ENGAGE IN RAISING FUNDS, SOLICITATIONS, GRANTS, & DONATIONS, & TO DISTRIBUTE FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL, & EDUCATIONAL OR COUNSELING, ADMINISTRATIVE, & OTHER ASSISTANCE TO WORTHY & APPROPRIATE INDIVIDUALS, CAUSES & PROJECTS.

DURING THE YEAR HELP OFFERED 157 SCHOLARSHIPS INCLUDE CLASSES AT AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY IN HAITI, TEXTBOOKS AND SUPPLIES, LIVING STIPENDS, HOUSING IN HELP DORMS, ACADEMIC ADVISING AND COUNSELING, IT CURRICULUM, ENGLISH CURRICULUM, LEADERSHIP AND CITIZENSHIP CURRICULUM, CAREER SERVICES. THE EMPLOYMENT RATE OF HELP'S GRADUATES IS OVER 80%. GRADUATES' ANNUAL AVERAGE SALARY IS $9,600 COMPARED TO HAITI'S PER CAPITA GROSS NATIONAL INCOME OF $1,250.
