CHINA MISSION PROJECT: THIS PROGRAM FURTHERS THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND FINDS WAYS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THOSE PEOPLES IN POORER RURAL AND URBAN AREAS OF CHINA. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES COORDINATION ASSISTANCE FOR A TEACHING ABROAD PROGRAM THROUGH TRUMAN STATE UNIVERSITY IN KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS TO TEACH ENGLISH TO CHINESE MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS LOCATED AT A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF SHUI JHAI, CHINA.
DONATIONS ARE MADE TO NEW HORIZONS COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES AND ITS AFFILIATED NONPROFIT HOUSING PROJECTS TO HELP MEET THE NEEDS OF IMPROVED HOUSING AND SUPPORT OF INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE AND PERSISTANT MENTAL CHALLENGES.
