THE CONSOLIDATED GROUP KNOWN AS ARROW CHILD & FAMILY MINISTRIES (ARROW) PROVIDES HOPE TO CHILDREN BY PROVIDING SAFE ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS FOSTER AND ADOPTIVE HOMES, GROUP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS, AND SPECIALIZED EDUCATION SERVICES TO HELP IN THEIR DEVELOPMENT. ARROW USES EVIDENCE-BASED CLINICAL MODELS WHICH HELP AID CHILDREN IN THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT. ARROW ENGAGES LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND CHURCHES TO HELP SUPPORT ITS MISSION FOR HELPING KIDS AND STRENGTHENING FAMILIES.ARROW CONSISTS OF A CENTRAL ORGANIZATION (ACFM) AND THE COMBINED AFFILIATE GROUP (ACFM CAG). ACFM PROVIDES CENTRALIZED SHARED SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF ACCOUNTING, HUMAN RESOURCES, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT.
