EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2020 THE HOSPITAL LEGALLY DISSOLVED AND TRANSFERRED ALL ITS ASSETS AND ACTIVITIES TO MAINEHEALTH, A 501(C)(3) HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION.
