A SELECTION COMMITTEE SHALL ENDEAVOR TO SELECT STUDENTS WHO COULD BENEFIT SIGNIFICANTLY FROM AN EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL AND FOR WHOM THE EXPERIENCE MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE, BUT FOR THESE SCHOLARSHIPS. SCHOLARSHIPS SHALL BE AWARDED ON THE BASIS OF FINANCIAL NEED AND NOT BECAUSE OF SPECIAL MERIT, SUCH AS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE OR ATHLETIC PROWESS.
