TO ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH OBTAINING AND SUPPLYING NATURAL GAS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THIS ASSOCIATION AND TO THAT END TO ENGAGE IN THE PRODUCTION, PURCHASING, AND DISTRIBUTION OF NATURAL GAS TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, OPERATE, AND ACQUIRE GAS TRANSMISSION LINES IN THE CITY OF WELCH AND NEARBY AREAS

THE COUNCIL OF THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINS STRIVES TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP PEOPLE ACHIEVE THE DIGNITY OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY. AS THE AGENCY MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE CHANGING SOCIETY AND THE POPULATION SHIFT, CSM CONTINUES TO FILL IN THE GAPS THROUGH DIRECT SERVICES AND REFERRALS TO OTHER AGENCIES.
