TO SUPPORT ONE OR MORE PUBLICLY-SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING PENDLETON MANOR INC. AND PENDLETON APARTMENTS INC. PURPOSES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING MANAGEMENT AND CENTRALIZED CONTROL OVER THE ABOVE ENTITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THEIR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
