TO ESTABLISH A NETWORK OF MOTOR VEHICLE GARAGES TO REPAIR AND SELL DONATED VEHICLES TO PERSONS MOVING FROM WELFARE TO WORK, AND FOR OTHER LOW INCOME PERSONS NEEDING TRANSPORTATION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

ADVOCATE AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO ACHIEVE FULL INCLUSION IN THE COMMUNITY.
