NO PART OF THE NET EARNINGS OF THE TRUST SHALL INURE (OTHER THAN THROUGH A PAYMENT OF BENEFITS PROVIDED FOR IN THE PLAN) TO THE BENEFIT OF THE ASSOCIATION, ANY SHAREHOLDER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY.
