TO MAINTAIN FIDUCIARY INTEGRITY FOR GRANTS AWARDED FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE MAJOR DISCIPLINES AT CONCORD UNIVERSITY (CU) INCLUDING NATURAL AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, HUMANITIES, ART & OTHER ACADEMIC DIVISIONS, WHICH INCLUDES ACTING AS THE FISCAL AGENT FOR SPONSORED PROGRAMS AT CU TO ASSIST IN IT'S MISSION.

PROVIDE FIRE EMERGENCY MEDICAL, FIRE FIGHTING AND RESCUE SERVICES IN ATHENS WV AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. PROVIDE FIRE PREVENTION EDUCATION.
