ALBERT'S DOG LOUNGE WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2017 WITH THE VISION TO BE THE STEPPINGSTONE TO A NEW LIFE FOR THOSE DOGS WHO ARE LESS LIKELY TO BE RESCUED ADOPTED OR AT A HIGHER RISK OF EUTHANASIA.
