OUR MISSION IS TO ACQUIRE LAND ON MADELINE ISLAND (ASHLAND COUNTY, WI) AND HOLD THESE AREAS IN THEIR NATURAL STATE WITHOUT DEVELOPMENT OF ANY KIND IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE BIODIVERSITY AND PRESERVE THE ECOSYSTEM FUNCTIONS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY COMMUNITY.
