THE THREE EAGLE TRAIL FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING NON-MOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES CONNECTING THE CITY OF EAGLE RIVER AND THE TOWN OF THREE LAKES IN NORTHERN WISCONSIN.
