THE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE THE VETERAN, AT NO COST, A TRAINED DOG THAT THEY CAN GAIN A CONSTANT COMPANION TO HELP THEM COPE WITH THEIR UNIQUE CHALLENGES IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
