DEVELOP WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP THE SAFE USE, EXPERTISE, AND PROFICIENCY TO THE SHOOTING AND USE OF FIREARMS. TO SUPPORT THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN FOR THE USE OF MEMBERS A SUITABLE RIFLE RANGE, A SUITABLE SMALL BORE PISTOL RANGE AND FACILITIES FOR SHOOTING TRAP AND ARCHERY. TO ENGAGE IN COMPETITION RELATING TO THE SHOOTING OF FIREARMS. TO OWN, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE FOR THE USE OF MEMBERS SUITABLE GROUNDS UPON WHICH THESE EXERCIZES MAY BE HELD. TO TRAIN AND EDUCATE INDIVIDUALS IN THE SAFE USE AND HANDLING OF FIREARMJS IN CONNECTION WITH ESTABLISHED HUNTERS SAFETY COURSES PURSUANT TO THE GUIDELINES PROMULGATED BY THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES.
