TO SECURE DONATIONS, TO MANAGE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDING IN SUPPORT OF HUMANE WORK AND HEALTH RESEARCH GRANTS , TO PROVIDE NECESSARY MONETARY AID FOR NEWFOUNDLAND RESCUE ASSISTANCE, AND TO AWARD EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO JUNIOR NEWFOUNDLAND FANCIERS.
