The goal of this organization is to provide foundation-level learning for children (usually age two through five and four and one half or five respectively) prior to entering the formal school setting.

MISS SEVEN RIVERS, INC. HELD THE MISS SEVEN RIVERS TEEN AND PRINCESS PAGEANTS. THE MISS SEVEN RIVERS TEEN PAGEANT WAS A LOCAL PRELIMINARY TO THE MISS WISCONSIN PAGEANT. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO WINNERS IN VARIOUS CATEGORIES. THE PAGEANTS WERE HELD IN JANUARY OF EACH YEAR. THE LAST PAGEANT WAS HELD IN JANUARY 2018. NO MORE PAGEANTS WILL BE HELD BECAUSE OF THE DIFFICULTY IN GETTING PERSONNEL TO ASSIST IN PUTTING THE PAGEANT ON. THERE ARE NO ASSETS REMAINING IN THE ORGANIZATION. THE FINAL CASH WENT TO PAY OPERATING EXPENSES AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE FINAL PAGEANT HELD IN JANUARY 2018. THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN DORMANT SINCE THAT TIME AND IS NOW FILING A FINAL RETURN DUE TO INACTIVITY.

ORGANIZED, AND SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY OPERATED FOR THE BENEFIT OF, TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, AND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF, THE LA CROSSE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION CORPORATION, A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION.
