GMHA PROVIDES RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR A DIVERSE EQUESTRIAN COMMUNITY. TO ADVANCE OUR MISSION, WE:- ACTIVELY SUPPORT LOCAL LAND CONSERVATION, AS WELL AS DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAIL NETWORKS;- EMBRACE OUR ROLE IN THE LARGER COMMUNITY;- PROVIDE A WELCOMING VENUE SUITED TO DIVERSE PROGRAM NEEDS,- HOST EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES, COMPETITIONS AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES; AND- EMPHASIZE OVERALL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE CULTIVATION OF THE NEXT GENERATION OF EQUESTRIANS.

OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE AND SUPPORT A WALDORF SCHOOL SYSTEM IN THE GREATER BURLINGTON, VERMONT, AREA AND TO ASSIST IN THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY IN THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF WALDORF EDUCATION AND THE PHILOSOPHY OF ANTHROPOSOPHY.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect endangered land resources from indiscriminate development, destruction or decay and which manage the utilization of renewable and nonrenewable resources to ensure ongoing availability. Included are conservation of the nations forests, rangeland, vegetation, deserts, wild and scenic rivers and other wilderness areas and open land spaces; and reestablishment of areas that have been devastated by destructive activities such as strip mining or other destructive activities.

MISSION:

OPERATED A COMMUNITY BASED PERFORMING ARTS CENTER THROUGH PRODUCTION OF A WIDE VARIETY OF THEATRICAL PERFORMANCES AND PROVIDED THE THEATRE FACILITY FOR USE BY OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND INCREASED EXPOSURE TO THE PERFORMING ARTS.

The goal of this organization is to provide informal arts educational programming and/or instruction but do not grant diplomas or degrees; or which offer services regarding the arts to educational institutions or to public entities involved in education.

TO HELP FURTHER THE COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES OF THE CITY OF BURLINGTON. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CITY DEPARTMENTS TO SECURE FINANCING FOR CITY SPONSORED PROJECTS, AND OFTEN HOLDS TITLE TO PROPERTY FOR REDEVELOPMENT EFFORTS.

THE NORTHEAST ORGANIC FARMING ASSOCIATION OF VERMONT PROMOTES ORGANIC PRACTICES TO BUILD AN ECONOMICALLY VIABLE, ECOLOGICALLY SOUND AND SOCIALLY JUST VERMONT AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM THAT BENEFITS ALL LIVING THINGS.

The goal of this organization is to acquire, preserve, research and exhibit collections of objects that have significance in the natural sciences including botany, zoology, geology and physical and cultural anthropology.
