NUARI'S MISSION IS A) TO SERVE THE NATIONAL PUBLIC INTEREST THROUGH THE STUDY OF CRITICAL NATIONAL ISSUES; B) TO PROVIDE RAPID RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF NEEDED TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS; C) TO ADDRESS RELATED CRITICAL POLICY, INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUES TO ENHANCE NATIONAL RESPONSE CAPABILITY; D) TO DEVELOP RELATED EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PROGRAMS; AND E) TO SERVE AS A NATIONAL EDUCATION CENTER FOR COUNTER-TERRORISM AND CYBERCRIME.
