THE FRIENDS OF VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK ADVANCES THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES OF VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK AND PROMOTES THE RESPONSIBLE ENJOYMENT OF THIS UNIQUE NATIONAL TREASURE WHILE EDUCATING AND INSPIRING ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO BE STEWARDS OF THE ENVIRONMENT.

LOVE CITY STRONG, INC. SERVES THE COMMUNITY OF ST. JOHN, USVI IN ADDRESSING DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND COMMUNITY WELLNESS NEEDS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE JURISDICTION OF OTHER ENTITIES.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF NON EMERGENT PRIMARY CLINICAL CARE, HEALTH EDUCATION AND COUNSELING, AS WELL AS SPECIALTY AND COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS IN THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES SECTORS.

THE ORGANIZATION IS DEDICATED TO THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL AND HISTORIC LAND AND RECOURCES, ALLOWING FREE PUBLIC AND RECREATIONAL ACCESS BY THE PEOPLE OF ST. JOHN, IN PERPETUITY.

THE AGENDA FOCUSES ON: LAND AND WATER USE PLANNING, INFRASTRUCTURE, DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. THE COUNCIL SEEKS COMMUNITY CONSENSUS ON THE FUTURE OF CORAL BAY.THE ORGANIZATION IS ABLE TO IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND RESEARCH PROJECTS THROUGH GRANTS AND DONATIONS, AND EVOLVE INTO A BROADER AGENDA OF COMMUNITY SERVICES AND CONCERNS. IN THE AFTERMATH OF HURRICANE IRMA, CBCC HAS STEPPED UP TO A BROAD RANGE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

LOVE CITY COMMUNITY NETWORK FULLY HANDLES ALL ASPECTS AND OPERATIONS OF A MODERN HIGH-TECH, HIGHLY AVAILABLE INTERNET ACCESS NETWORK FOR THE COMMUNITIES OF ST. JOHN; SUSTAINABLE THROUGH NATURAL DISASTERS, PERIODS OF RECOVERY AND BEYOND. TO THIS END, LCCN FULFILLS ITS MISSION BY SUPPORTING CRITICAL INTERNET INFRASTRUCTURE, PROVIDING FREE PUBLIC HOTSPOTS TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO RESILIENT INTERNET ACROSS ST. JOHN, AND DEVELOPS DEPLOYABLE INTERNET AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS TO IMPROVE POST-DISASTER COMMUNICATIONS CAPACITY.
