ADDITIONALLY, THE FUND WILL OFFER SPECIAL ATTENTION IN PROVIDING SUCH SCHOLARSHIPS TO FEMALE STUDENTS TO ADDRESS THE UNDERREPRESENTATION OF FEMALE STUDENTS IN AFGHANISTAN.
