PRIOR TO 2020, HOUSING SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS INCLUDING A 93 UNIT FACILITY IN CAPE CHARLES, VIRGINIA, AND A 40 UNIT FACILITY IN MOUNTAIN CITY, TN. IN ADDITION TO HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY, THE ORGANIZATION'S ORIGINAL PURPOSES INCLUDED SUPPORTING OTHER EXEMPT PURPOSES.

The goal of this organization is to interpret, collect and preserve the historical heritage of a specific geographic location.

TO SUPPORT VARIOUS CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF FREEMASONRY, TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR NEEDY INDIVIDUALS AND TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS IN SPECIFIC AREAS OF STUDY.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN NON-CRIMINAL MATTERS IN THE ROANOKE, VIRGINIA REGION. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO PERSONS FINANCIALLY UNABLE TO AFFORD LEGAL CONSULTATIONS.

The goal of this organization are the residential options exclusively for older adults who want to have a simpler, maintenance-free lifestyle and enjoy the company of peers with common interests, or who require a moderate amount of support in the activities of daily living to maintain independent living.
