THE TOTAL COST IS RECOGNIZED ON THE BOOKS AS AN ASSET, PAVILION.DEPRECIATION IS RECOGNIZED AS A PROGRAM COST FOR 2022. TRAINING COURSES, OTHER EDUCATIONAL FUNCTIONS AND OUTREACH ARE CURRENTLY BASED OUT OF THE PAVILION WHILE THE NEXT PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT IS COMPLETED.TAXPAYER ENGAGED THE MONUMENT GROUP FOR PURPOSES OF REFINING ITS FUNDRAISING FOCUS. THE FUNDRAISING EXPENSE OF $51,150 IS AN INVESTMENT IN IDENTIFYING AND CULTIVATING ONGOING SUPPORT FOR THE LANCOVA PARTNERS FOR PETS, INC./NNPP MISSION.
