IN 2018 AND 2019, THE PLANNING PROCESS AND PERMITTING PROCESS CONTINUED AND WAS FURTHER REFINED IN 2020 WITH CONSULTANT LESLIE HERVEY, A SPECIALIST IN ANIMAL SHELTER DESIGN. FUNDRAISING CONTINUES FOR THE LONG TERM GOAL OF CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE ANIMAL SHELTER. IN SUPPORT OF THAT MISSION, THE ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE DONATED $250,000 TO ADD TO THE MANY GIFTS OF SUPPORT INDICATING FAITH IN THE MISSION IN 2019 AND ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL DONATED $100,000 IN 2020.
