PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS FOR EDUCATIONAL, CHARITABLE, AND BENEVOLENT ACTIVITIES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FROM THE ENDOWED FUNDS IT MANAGES.

PROMOTE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZING, COMMUNITY ACTION, ADMINISTRATION OF THE ORGANIZATION, MAINTENANCE OF ITS ASSETS, DELIVERY OF BENEFITS TO MEMBERS, FRATERNAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE MEMBERS.
