THE MISSION OF THE HENRICUS FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL AND RECREACTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE PRESERVATION, RECONSTRUCTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE CITIE OF HENRICUS, A VIRGINIA HISTORICAL SITE FIRST SETTLED IN 1611. PARTICULAR EMPHASIS IS GIVEN TO SECONDARY SCHOOL INTERPRETATION AND EDUCATION.

TO MANAGE THE CHESTERFIELD CENTER FOR THE ARTS WITH FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY WHILE CREATING AND MAINTAINING THE GREATEST ARTS AND CULTURE INFLUENCE TO BENEFIT CHESTERFIELD, THE TRI-CITIES & THE GREATER RICHMOND REGION.
