TO PROVIDE CHARITABLE GRANTS TO BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS.

TO ORGANIZE AN ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING OF 3 DAYS' DURATION ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND FUNCTION IN HEALTH AND DISEASE. THE CONFERENCE PROMOTES INTERACTIONS AMONG ESTABLISHED SENIOR SCIENTISTS FROM ACADEMIA AND BIOTECHNOLOGY WITH YOUNG INVESTIGATORS (MD & PHD), POSTDOCTORAL, GRADUATE, AND UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS TO SHARE CURRENT IDEAS AND INFORMATION ABOUT NEW TRENDS IN IMMUNOLOGY, CANCER, AUTOIMMUNITY, INFECTIOUS DISEASES, AND THERAPIES TO TREAT THEM.

MISSION:

FRANKLIN SCHOOLS FOUNDATION PROVIDES A QUALITY EDUCATION TO A DIVERSE POPULATION OF PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN CHILDREN IN CENTRAL UTAH COUNTY. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES AND SUPPORTS QUALITY EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES AND PARENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR K-6 CHARTER STUDENTS ENROLLED AT FRANKLIN DISCOVERY ACADEMY-VINEYARD. WE PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENTS CREATE, LEARN, PLAY, AND INSPIRE. WE ALSO WORK TO CREATE A WELCOMING WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR STAFF OF HIGHLY TRAINED EDUCATORS AND SUPPORT STAFF. WE PROVIDE MEANINGFUL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PARENTS TO VOLUNTEER AND PARTICIPATE IN FUNDRAISING.
