IT SERVES INDIVIDUALS WITH SERIOUS AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS AND CHILDREN WITH SEVERE EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCES FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE UTAH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DIVISION OF HEALTHCARE FINANCING AND THOSE PUBLISHED INTHE UTAH MEDICAID PROVIDERS MANUAL. FCCBH INC. HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: MENTAL HEALTH EVALUTION, ASSESSMENTS, DIRECT CARE, INPATIENT CARE AND SERVICES, CRISIS INTERVENTION, PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, COMMUNITY SUPPORTS, REFERRALS, CONSULTATION INCLUDING CASE CONSULTATION, EDUCATION, PREVENTATIVE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TARGETED AT HIGH RISK GROUPS, IN-HOME SERVICES, HOUS
