THE UNIT IS A BRANCH OF THE UTAH EDUCATION ASSOCIATION. THE BRANCH IS THE NEGOTIATION AGENCY OF SCHOOL TEACHERS IN VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICTS OF NORTHERN UTAH. THIS BRANCH NEGOTIATES EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS.
