THE GOAL IS FOR EVERY CHILD TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN SPANISH DURING THE PRE-SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL YEARS, CONSISTENT WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION.
