TO FACILITATE THE COLLECTIVE VOICE OF THE ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS IN THE CHAPTER AREA; COLLECT BUSINESS DATA FROM MEMBERS FOR PROPER PRESENTATION TO NATIONAL BODIES; TO PROMOTE PROGRAMS OF PRACTICAL TRAINING AND RELATED INSTRUCTION FOR APPRENTICES AND ADVANCED TRAINING FOR JOURNEYMEN; AND TO SUPPORT NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE INSTALLATION STANDARDS.
