MISSION:

TO MEET THE NEEDS OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND THE HANDICAPPED OF OUR AREA WITH MEALS-ON-WHEELS, DAILY MEALS AT THE SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER, THRIFT STORE, TRANSPORTATION AND ACTIVITIES.

PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, CASE MANAGEMENT, COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION, BENEFITS, AND OTHER SERVICES TO VETERANS FACING HOMELESSNESS OR BATTLING WITH MENTAL HEALTH.

THE COLUMBIA HERITAGE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO THE CONVERSION OF THE FORMER CAMPUS OF THE WC HIGH SCHOOL AND JUNIOR HIGH INTO A HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL CENTER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE TOWN, IT'S CITIZENS AND THE PUBLIC.

EMERGENCY SERVICES IN SPECIFIED AREA OF BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS. CURRENTLY DISPATCHING THREE AMBULANCES WITH RELATED PERSONNEL. THE ORGANIZATION ANNUALY PROVIDES CARE TO MORE THATN 1000 PATIENTS IN AN APPROXIMATE 450 SQUARE MILE AREA OF WESTERN BRAZORIA COUNTY.
