THE HAROLD M. FREEMAN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION TRUST IS A TEXAS HILL COUNTRY RANCH OPERATED BY TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY. THE RANCH IS USED AS AN EDUCATIONAL LABORATORY BY THE UNIVERSITY'S AGRICULTURE AND BIOLOGY PROGRAMS AT TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY.

MISSION:

SHELTER AND ADVOCACY PROGRAMS FOR VICTIMS OF FAMILY VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND CHILD ABUSE.

The goal of this organization is to run schools comprising any span of grades beginning with the next grade following an elementary school and ending at or below grade 12.

THE VILLAGE CAMPUS IS A 29 ACRE SITE LOCATED OFF S. REIMER AVENUE AND HUNTER ROAD IN SAN MARCOS, TX, THAT WILL CO-LOCATE MANY SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR HAYS COUNTY RESIDENTS.

PRESERVATION TEXAS IS THE ADVOCATE FOR PRESERVING THE HISTORIC RESOURCES OF TEXAS THROUGH A FOCUS ON ADVOCACY , BOARD DEVELOPMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL VISIBILITY, AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

The goal of this organization is to provide medical, educational and counseling services which relate to the conception, delivery and care of offspring.

TO HELP AND SERVE TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL COACHES AS THEY WORK TO HELP AND SERVE STUDENT ATHLETES.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to preserve and protect water resources from indiscriminate waste and ensure that the supply of quality water is adequate to meet the needs of the public, agriculture and industry. Also included are organizations that preserve and manage coastal lands including shorelines, coastal waters and lands extending inland from the shore which affect coastal waters; bays, lakes, rivers, wetlands, estuaries, watersheds and other aquatic habitats.

MISSION:

ESTABLISHED IN 1965, COMMUNITY ACTION, INC. OF CENTRAL TEXAS HAS CONTINUOUSLY WORKED TO ASSIST LOW TO MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES IN CENTRAL TEXAS BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES. THE AGENCY HAS FOUR AREAS OF OPERATION: HEALTH SERVICES; EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION; ADULT EDUCATION; AND COMMUNITY SERVICES. EACH AREA HAS A LEADERSHIP TEAM THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SPECIFIC OUTCOMES DETAILED IN THE AGENCY'S STRATEGIC PLAN. COMMUNITY ACTION EMPLOYEES MOBILIZE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL RESOURCES TO PROVIDE & DEVELOP OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO BECOME SELF- SUFFICIENT.

PROVIDING FACILITIES TO NON PROFITS DELIVERING YOUTH CRISIS MENTAL HEALTH AND DISABILITY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN HAYS COUNTY TEXAS.

THE TEXAS STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PROMOTES THE FUTURE BY EMBRACING THE PAST. THE ASSOCIATION IS THE LINK THAT FORGES A STRONG BOND BETWEEN ALUMNI AND THE UNIVERSITY. (SEE SCHEDULE O).
