ASSISTS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES. THE ORGANZIATION ACCEPTS AND SPENDS DONATIONS FOR REWARDS TO PERSONS FURNISHING INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND GRAND JURY INDICTMENT OF ANY FELONY CRIME
