THIS ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE INEXPENSIVE DAYCARE AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES UNABLE TO AFFORD QUALITY DAYCARE. THIS PORTION OF EAST TEXAS HAS LIMITED RESOURCES AND LIMITED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION FELT QUALITY DAYCARE WAS SCARCE AND EXPENSIVE AND WANTED TO PROVIDE SOME RELIEF FOR ITS CITIZENS.
