THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE RECOVERY FROM CERTAIN DISASTERS APPROVED BY THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF US INTERNAL REVENUE DIRECTIVES FOR A TAX EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THE FOUNDATION MAY ALSO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF US INTERNAL REVENUE DIRECTIVES FOR A TAX EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.

WHEN THE MEAT HAS BEEN PROCESSED IT WILL DISTRIBUTED IN THE LOCAL AREA TO SHELTER'S TO HELP FEED THE HUNGRY AND PEOPLE IN NEED. WE WILL PROMOTE OUR LOCAL ORGANIZATION TO THE HUNTER'S HELPING THEM UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN HELP BY MANAGING THEIR DEER HERD AND FEEDING THE PEOPLE WHO NEED THE FOOD.
