TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT CRIMES, WANTED PERSONS, CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. TO HELP DEVELOP COMMUNITY OFFENSIVE AGAINST CRIME, MOTIVATE THE PUTLIC TO COOPERATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, AND REWARD COOPERATION.
