MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE AN ORGANIZATION THAT WILL COORDINATE, ENCOURAGE, AND ASSIST EDUCATIONAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES BY GRANTING SCHOLARSHIPS IN THE MASON INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, MASON COUNTY, TEXAS.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO THE COUNTY OF MASON, A BODY POLITIC OF THE STATE OF TEXAS, IN ITS EFFORTS TO RECONSTRUCT AND RESTORE TO ITS ORIGINAL GRANDEUR, THE MASON COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

MISSION:

ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, MANAGE, IMPROVE AND/OR OPERATE A CEMETERY OR CEMETERIES AND TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

MISSION:

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A 9-HOLE GOLF COURSE ON 60 BEAUTIFUL ACRES OF CITY-OPERATED LAND LOCATED IN FT MASON PARK, MASON, TEXAS. THE GOLF COURSE IS INTENDED FOR THE RECREATIONAL USE AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL INTERESTED CITIZENS IN THE COUNTY OF MASON, AND THEIR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES FROM OUTSIDE THE COUNTY. IT IS SINCERELY HOPED THE GOLF FACILITY WILL BE A SOURCE OF PRIDE FOR ALL.

TO TRAIN AND SUPERVISE VOLUNTEERS AS COURT APPOINTED GUARDIANS FOR ABUSED AND/OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN THE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE (CPS) CUSTODY

TO PRESERVE AND RESTORE THE SEAQUIST HOUSE, A UNIQUE 19TH CENTURY HILL COUNTRY LANDMARK AND TO RE-OPEN IT FOR PUBLIC TOURS, EVENTS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

SEEKING TO CREATE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR GATHERING AND FOSTERING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

PROVIDE CULTURAL PROGRAMMING IN RURAL MASON COUNTY THROUGH MOVIES AND LIVE PERFORMANCES AND RESTORE AND MAINTAIN HISTORIC ODEON THEATER.

The goal of this organization are the organizations like chambers of commerce, business leagues and commercial trade associations whose members are businessmen and women and merchants who have affiliated for the purpose of promoting the general commercial interests of the community or the interests of their own trade. [Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]
