ALL MANAGEMENT OR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES OF DFB ARE INCLUDED AS REDUCTIONS TO INTEREST AND DIVIDEND INCOME, CAPITAL GAINS DISTRIBUTIONS, AND GAINS OR LOSSES FROM THE SALES OF SECURITIES. THE SAME BOARD OF DIRECTORS SERVES BOTH DFB AND DAB.
