THE MISSION OF THE AGTA IS TO REPRESENT AND FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE COLORED GEMSTONE INDUSTRY IN THE U.S. AND CANADA. IT REPRESENTS INDEPENDENT COLORED GEMSTONE SUPPLIERS, MANUFACTURERS, DESIGNERS, AND RETAILERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING NATURALLY OCCURING GEMSTONES.

TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DIVERSE NEEDS BY PARTNERING WITH HORSES TO BRING HOPE AND HEALING THROUGH EQUINE ASSISTED ACTIVITIES AND THERAPIES.

SINCE ITS FOUNDING IN 1951, THE MISSION OF THE WORLD AFFAIRS COUNCIL OF DALLAS/FORT WORTH HAS BEEN TO PROVIDE RELEVANT INFORMATION ABOUT GLOBAL ISSUES, CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES WHILE ESTABLISHING NORTH TEXAS AS A CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL INTERESTS AND BUSINESS.
