ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE GALA WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO CHARITABLE OR EDUCATIONAL BENEFICIARIES IN THE ARTS COMMUNITY. THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROCEEDS FROM THE GALA WILL BE SELECTED EACH YEAR BY THE DIRECTORS OF THE FOUNDATION BASED ON MERIT AND NEED.
