TO SERVE THE SWIMMING COMMUNITY THROUGH ADMINISTRATERING COMPETITION, INSTRUCTION, AND TRAINING OF INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP AND IMPROVE THEIR CAPABILITIES IN THE SPORT OF SWIMMING.
