OWN AND OPERATE COMMUNITY CEMETERY AND PROVIDE BURIAL LOTS FOR MEMBERS TO BURY THEIR LOVED ONES AND TO MAINTAIN THE CEMETERY IN A MANNER WHICH ENHANCES THE COMMUNITY.

THE SPCA SAN PAT COUNTY HAS COMPLETED AND OPENED THE SANDRA SUE BENSON ANIMAL ADOPTION CENTER. WE PROVIDE HUMANE CARE AND TREATMENT FOR ALL ANIMALS NEEDING PROTECTION IN THE AREA SERVED BY THE CORPORATION. DISCOURAGE CRUELTY TO ANIMALS OF ALL TYPES, INFLUENCE PUBLIC OPINION WITH RESPECT TO CARE, TREATMENT AND WELFARE. WE PROMOTE SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS AS A METHOD OF ANIMAL POPULATION CONTROL AND SEEK SUITABLE HOMES FOR ANIMALS WITHOUT OWNERS IN ITS CARE AND DISPOSITION OF ANIMALS.

THE ORGANIZATION UNITES ITS MEMBERS IN THE BONDS OF FRATERNITY, BENEVOLENCE AND CHARITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A YEAR-ROUND SCHEDULE OF SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. MEMBERSHIP IS APPROXIMATELY 500.

The goal of this organization are the membership organizations that are engaged in promoting the interests of the veterans or active or retired military personnel who are their members.

MISSION:

ARANSAS PASS FOR YOUTH, INC. PROVIDES A SUMMER DAY CAMP FOR SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND IS OPEN TO ALL RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIPS AND SUMMER ACTIVITIES: SWIMMING, BOWLING, KAYAKING, BASKETBALL AND VARIOUS ARTS AND CRAFTS PROJECTS. THE CAMP IS A SEVEN WEEK CAMP DURING THE SUMMER FROM 8:30AM TO 3:30PM MONDAY - FRIDAY. LUNCH IS PROVIDED.
