THE OAKLAND CHAMBER IS A NONPROFIT ACTION AGENCY, DESIGNED TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT AND QULAITY OF LIFE IN OUR COMMUNITY. IT IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING AND ADVANCING THE BUISNESS, PROFESSIONAL, CULTURAL AND CIVIC WELFARE FO THE COMMUNITY.

The goal of this organization is to provide for the humane care, protection and control of animals and which investigate instances of cruelty to animals.
