THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 16 UNIT PROJECT KNOWN AS ABRAHAM-MOSS VILLAGE LOCATED IN ORANGEBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

TO ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY HEALTH COALITION THAT INCLUDES HOSPITALS, MEDICAL CENTERS, CLINICS, PHYSICIANS IN PRIVATE PRACTICES AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF LONG-TERM HEALTH CARE FOR THE INDIGENT AND THE MEDICALLY UNINSURED.
