THE PURPOSE OF THE RICADV IS TO ELIMINATE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN RHODE ISLAND. OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE WORK OF OUR MEMBER AGENCIES AND TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP ON THE ISSUE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

MISSION:

TO DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, OPERATE, AND MANAGE CEMETERIES IN THE CITIES OF WARWICK AND CRANSTON, RHODE ISLAND, AND SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE DIRECTORS MAY DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME, TO SELL LOTS FOR BURIAL PURPOSES, TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR INTERMENTS, MAINTENANCE AND CARE OF CEMETERY LOTS AND GRAVES, INCLUDING THE PERPETRUAL CARE OF THE CEMETERIES UNTIL THE RETURN OF OUR LORD, AND TO CONDUCT THE GENERAL AND ORDINARY BUSINESS OF OPERATING AND MANAGING SUCH CEMETERIES, AND TO ACCEPT THE CONVEYANCE OF SUCH OTHER CEMETERY PROPERTY AS THE DIRECTORS MAY AGREE TO ACCEPT.

THE ORGANIZATION CONNECTS STATE EDUCATIONAL NETWORKS ACROSS THE NORTHEAST, INCLUDING NEW YORK, CONNECTICUT, RHODE ISLAND, MASSACHUSETTS, VERMONT, MAINE, AND NEW HAMPSHIRE.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.

The goal of this organization are the residential facilities for older adults who are unable to function in an independent living environment because they need assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, medication, meals and housekeeping and other activities of daily living, but do not require nursing care on a regular basis.

COOPERATING LIBRARIES AUTOMATED NETWORK (CLAN) IS A NON PROFIT NETWORK OF 49 PUBLIC LIBRARIES IN RI ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE STATEWIDE SHARING OF LIBRARY MATERIALS AND ACCESS TO SHARED RESOURCES AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT AND TO BENEFIT THE LIBRARIES AND THE CITIZENS OF RHODE ISLAND.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO IMPROVE THE DENTAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DENTISTRY.
