ITS PURPOSE IS TO OFFER COMPREHENSIVEQUALITY CARE, TREATMENT AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN,YOUTH, AND FAMILIES WITHOUT REGARD TO RELIGION, RACE, CULTURE, ORSOCIAL BACKGROUND, IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS.
